We only employ high quality IT professionals that have completed IT training program courses and/or possess college degrees. Before hiring, we pre-screen our employees with drug tests, background checks, and skill assessment tests. Our engineers develop the best practices and techniques which our technicians then implement in the field. We also provide continuous training and quality control monitoring.

Brum Computer Consulting, LLC has been licensed and insured to do business in the State of Nevada and the City of Las Vegas from 2012.
A variety of factors affect service response times however we do try to communicate directly with the client within the same hour of receiving a support request and we try to service the request, whether remotely or onsite, within a short time thereafter.
